Welcome! With over 20 years of experience, I am a dedicated fitness expert who has turned my personal journey with obesity into a commitment to help others reach their weight loss goals. I specialize in fat loss, muscle building, and addressing health issues through a functional approach for clients aged 40 to 80. By assessing factors such as gut health, hormonal balance, and nutritional deficiencies, I develop tailored plans aimed at optimizing health, enhancing performance, and promoting longevity.

Using what I call, the D.R.E.S.S. protocol, your pathway to holistic health that emphasizes five key areas: diet,, exercise, stress management, and supplement optimization. We will work together to develop a customized health blueprint using focused lab testing and personalized strategies. I'll teach you how to eat, move and be healthy.
